My husband and I went to Baierl Mitsubishi to look at the Outlander Sport. Just look. Everyone was so nice and not once did I experience the dreaded stress of even being in a car dealership. Jason Miller and everyone we met were so laid back and not pushy that it was easy. Of course the deal we got was also wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience and I love my new vehicle. We have all ready recommended Baierl to others

We wanted to let you know that we received outstanding customer service from Beverly Nowakowski. We traveled three hours and this was the first time purchasing a vehicle in Pittsburgh. We have always purchased locally. Our son saw this subaru impreza WRX STi that he loved on the internet. She greeted us where other sales representatives did not. They were not busy and chose to ignore us. She said hello can I help you and came to us with a very warm and caring personality. She made us feel right at home. We are now recommending many friends and family to see her. She made our experience so memorable.

I have almost 100,000 miles on my subaru. I bought it new from Baierl and I've always taken it to Baierl for maintenance and service. I've come to understand what to expect. The maintenance work is always performed flawlessly and in a timely manner. The service is performed in a timely manner, but I always have to take it back the next day or sooner to reset the computer or something minor (but still important). A simple road test to verify the vehicle is working properly before giving it back to the customer would go a long way it preventing customer frustration.

Great experience with Sales staff - Amber & Frank Fortunato should get raises! We did all we could to crack them - I took my 3 kids, let them climb through cars, accidentally spilled popcorn in the finance guy's office, & set-off the alarm in a showroom model. We began doing the paperwork, and my wife decided to test drive another model. Then, we changed our minds on the car we wanted, the day of delivery! It was like an episode of Punk'd. Frank held it together, was patient, courteous, and had great knowledge of the cars! I tell everyone with kids to go see Frank at Baierl.

We came in to Baierl and talked with a salesman named Jason. We initially came in with the intent to trade in a truck. Baierl was not able to give us what we wanted for the truck. Jason told us he was not going to insult us and understood that we weren't going to take the trade-in offer. We left disappointed but continued on to sell the truck ourselves. We came back to find Jason and he was surprised to see us again. He told us he didn't think he'd see us again. We ended up buying a used Subaru Legacy and we love it!
